Ms. Ayesha Malik has experience in the Superior Courts of Pakistan. She is an Advocate of the High Court and her areas of expertise include corporate laws, corporate litigation, ADR, mergers and acquisitions, banking law, real estate and construction, labour law, tax laws, service and employment matters, customs and family law.

Ms. Malik has appeared and conducted scores of important corporate litigation matters on behalf of local and foreign financial institutions and clients from the corporate sector. She has also conducted a number of arbitrations in relation to contractual and other disputes.

Apart from litigation and dispute resolution, Ms. Malik provides corporate advisory services involving financial services, mergers and acquisitions, real estate development, construction projects and advice to foreign clients on establishing a business presence in Pakistan.

Ms. Malik completed her LL.B in 1997 from the Pakistan College of Law, being a position holder in the University of Punjab and completed her LL.M from Harvard Law School in 1999. She was named the Landon H. Gammon Fellow for outstanding merit for the year 1998-1999.

Ms. Malik practices from the Lahore offices of the Firm
