Mr. Ahsan Zahir Rizvi, senior partner of the Firm, has acted as the Chairman of the Committee for Cyber Laws established by the Ministry of Information and Technology, Government of Pakistan and has been involved in the drafting of the various laws relating to introduction and regulation of internet technology in Pakistan.

Mr. Rizvi has also drafted the laws relating to the establishment of a stand-alone regulatory framework for breach of intellectual property rights in Pakistan.

Mr. Qazi Faez Isa, senior partner of the Firm, has acted as the Chairman of the Committee established by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, for bringing Pakistan laws relating to intellectual property in accordance with the requirements of WTO commitments.
