- Counsel for the National Highway Authority for the construction of the Lahore-Islamabad Motorway, the first ever foreign constructed road project in Pakistan. The Firm drafted and negotiated all the Concession and Financing Agreements on behalf of the National Highway Authority which subsequently became the model for subsequent road projects.
- Counsel for the Civil Aviation Authority for the construction of the Karachi Airport.
- Counsel for IJM Berhad of Malaysia in the Karachi Elevated Expressway Project.
- Counsel for Government of Pakistan and the Government of Sindh in the Karachi Circular Railways Project.
- Counsel for American Maglev Technology, Inc in the Karachi Mass Transit Project.
- Counsel for Antofagasta plc and Barrick Gold Corporation in the US$ 1.5 billion Tethyan mineral development project.
- Counsel for the Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited in the turn-key projects of 200,000 telephone lines throughout Pakistan. Negotiated various transaction and concession documents with Alcatel CIT, Siemens, Ericsson and China Telecom.
- Counsel for the developers of the Creek City Project of the Defence Housing Authority and for the developers of the Creek City Hospital Project in Karachi.
- Counsel for Sui Southern Gas Company Limited for the development of transmission and distribution network, sale of its Liquefied Petroleum Gas Division and the Meter Manufacturing Division.
- Counsel for the foreign currency lenders in the US$ 500 million Engro Expansion Project.
- Project counsel for Indus Refinery Limited, one of the largest private sector Greenfield refinery being set up in Pakistan.
- Counsel for the borrower in the 217 MW Engro Energy Project. As part of the project team we structured, negotiated and finalized the modified versions of the PPIB standard concession agreements to the full satisfaction of the international lenders including IFC.
- Acting for the Government of Pakistan (InterState Gas Systems Limited) in the development and negotiation of various agreements relating to the US$ 7 billion Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India Gas Pipeline Project.
- Acting for the Government of Pakistan (InterState Gas Systems Limited) in the development and negotiation of various agreements relating to the US$ 4 billion Iran-Pakistan-India Gas Pipeline Project.
