Mr. Khosa heads the construction practice of the Firm. He graduated from the Government College Lahore in 1993 and received his LL.B (Hons.) in 1996 from Cardiff Law School, UK. Mr. Khosa was called to the Bar of England & Wales from Lincoln’s Inn in 1997.

Started practice in the areas of corporate, banking, taxation and commercial law from Lahore in 1997 and later Mr. Khosa worked as in-house counsel for a Joint Venture led by Impregilo SpA, world’s leading construction company working at Ghazi-Barotha Hydropower Project for more than five years. In the last ten years of practice Mr. Khosa has been involved in high profile arbitrations conducted in and out of Pakistan under ICC, UNCITRAL, ICSID and Pakistan Arbitration Act in addition to regularly appearing before the High Courts of Lahore, Peshawar and Sindh.  

Mr. Khosa has extensive experience in the field of construction law, FIDIC forms of contracts, land and mineral/mine laws, taxation, dispute resolution, arbitrations and commercial litigation.
